ALL RETURNS MUST BE AUTHORIZED prior to return to Anything Dogs. Authorization
can be obtained by phone - Toll Free 877-298-0638 or email. If you send a return without authorization, your shipment will usually be refused. Refunds will be for the cost of the item returned. Shipping is not refunded.

Customers are responsible for shipping charges to return a product unless the return is for a defective product. Anything Dogs must be contacted directly regarding a defective product to receive a Return Authorization. If a product is returned, please make sure it is insured. If it is uninsured and is lost in transit or the item is damaged, there will be no refund.
To exchange or return merchandise, please return it within 14 days of receipt. Once we receive your return, we will credit you for the cost of the original item unless it is for exchange. Returns will not be accepted after 14 days.
Purchases must be returned in "new" condition or the original condition received. Returns will not be accepted without prior contact
with Anything Dogs to facilitate arrangements for return. Shipping charges are non-refundable. The Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges unless there is error in order. Personalized and custom orders are not returnable. If your order is received damaged or broken, please keep the original packing materials and shipping box order was received in. Contact us immediately for further directions on return. Replacement or refund will be made on damaged items.
Please provide a copy of the original order and reason why product returned. You will be issued either a refund or exchange.
Custom or Personalized Items are not returnable unless the error is on the part of Anything Dogs or there is a manufacturing defect.

Many manufacturers charge a restocking fee for a returned item. These include products manufactured by America's Finest Mailbox (50% Restocking Fee), Whitehall Products, Mailbox Collections, Good Directions and Bluegrass Woods (25% Restocking Fee). Products returned that are manufactured by these companies will have the restocking fee deducted from the product cost prior to issuing the final customer refund.
