How to Order from Anything Dogs

We have dog lover merchandise in over 130+ different dog breeds.
Orders can be placed with Anything Dogs either on the website or by telephone
- Web Orders Placed via Shopping Cart - ordering online allows a secure system shopping cart that will accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover.
In the event there is an error with the on-line order or the order is improperly processed and the item charge is incomplete when the order is received, the online order is considered invalid and will be cancelled immediately. The customer will be notified that the on-line order has been cancelled. The confirmation number on the order is also considered invalid on orders that have been deemed incomplete.
- Phone Orders: Phone Orders can be taken M-F 9:30 - 5:00 CST at
1-877-298-0638. Orders will be processed through the secure merchant account. Email confirmation will be sent to the buyer via email.
We accept VISA, Mastercard and Discover.
All items are shipped via UPS, USPS or Federal Express Ground. We currently ship only within the Continental United States and do not accept International Orders.
However, some of our products are available to Canadian customers. Canadian customers should contact us directly via the contact page prior to ordering. Note: Anything Dogs is not responsible for any duties, taxes or any other fees associated with the shipping of the product to Canada - other than the basic shipping cost from the US to Canada.
Orders are processed and shipped within 7-14 business days unless for a custom item - delivery dates are stated on item description page. Once an order is processed, a confirmation message will be sent to the buyer via email. Please note that orders purchased with a credit card will be charged immediately as products offered by Anything Dogs are custom made upon order.
- All returns must be authorized prior to return - if not they will be considered unauthorized and will be refused. Contact us 877-298-0638 for a Return Authorization Number.
- Returns must be in its original and resaleable condition.
- A restocking fee may be applied to returns.
- Returns may be made within the first 14 days of receipt of merchandise. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. It is the customer's responsibility to pay shipping to return merchandise.
- Custom Orders or personalized orders are not returnable. It is the customer's responsibility to confirm specifics on orders prior to placing order.
- Report damaged goods or discrepancies to Anything Dogs immediately upon receipt. Damaged items will be replaced as soon as possible.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
Anything Dogs has taken precautions to safeguard customer, confidential information. We utilize software and servers that provide an encrypted secure shopping cart system that is state of the art. Any personal information that is collected from customers, is used solely by Anything Dogs in the processing of orders. It is not sold, traded or rented to others. This information is for our private records only.
We protect sensitive payment and contact information as it moves from the customer's browser to our order processing servers with 128 Bit SSL Encryption, certified through Rapid SSL.
