ALL RETURNS MUST BE AUTHORIZED prior to return to Anything Dogs. Authorization can be obtained by phone - Toll Free 877-298-0638 or email. If you send a return without authorization, your shipment will usually be refused. The following items are not refundable:

Customers are responsible for shipping charges unless the return is for a defective product.

If a product is returned, please make sure it is insured. If it is uninsured and is lost in transit or the item is damaged, there will be no refund.

To exchange or return your purchase, please return it within 14 days of receipt. Once we receive your return, we will credit you for the cost of the original item unless it is for exchange. Returns will not be accepted after 14 days. Purchases must be returned in "new" condition or the original condition received. Returns will not be accepted without prior contact with Anything Dogs to facilitate arrangements for return. Shipping charges are non-refundable. The Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges unless there is error in order. Personalized and custom orders are not returnable. If your order is received damaged or broken, please keep the original packing materials and shipping box order was received in. Contact us immediately for further directions on return. Custom or Personalized Items are not returnable unless the error is on the part of Anything Dogs.
