How to Order…
We have dog lover merchandise in over 130+ different dog breeds. Orders can be placed to Anything Dogs through several different methods - website, mail order, fax, phone.
- Website - ordering online allows a secure system shopping cart that will accept Visa, Mastercard,
and American Express. International Orders require payment via credit
card, official
Money Order or Certified Cashiers Check.
- Mail orders - can also be taken but must include all of the required information such as item #, quantity, color, etc. Payment should be included - if it is a personal check or Money Order, it should be made out to Anything Dogs. If paying by credit card, include the card number, expiration date, actual name on credit card. Orders will be processed through the secure merchant account and email confirmation will be sent to the buyer.

- Fax orders - Fax: 1-877-248-1278 Fax orders should include the required information such as the item #, quantity, color, etc. Credit Card information should include the card type, card number, expiration date, actual name on credit card. Orders will be processed through the secure merchant account and email confirmation will be sent to the buyer.
- Phone Orders: Phone Orders can be taken M-F 9:00 - 5:00 CST at
1-877-298-0638. Orders will be processed through the secure merchant account. Email confirmation will be sent to the buyer via email.
Payment Methods:
We accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express. We also accept payments made with
checks*or money orders. Your order will be shipped after payment has cleared.
Shipping:
All items are shipped via Federal Express Ground. We currently ship only within the Continental United States and do not accept International Orders.
Orders/Delivery Times:
Orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days. Once an order is processed, a confirmation message will be sent to the buyer via email.
Return Policy:
- Returns may be made within the first 14 days of receipt of merchandise. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay shipping to return merchandise.
- Custom Orders or personalized orders are not returnable. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm specifics on orders prior to placing order.
- Report damaged goods or discrepancies to Anything Dogs immediately upon receipt. Damaged items will be replaced as soon as possible.
Security and Privacy Policy:
Anything Dogs has taken precautions to safeguard customer, confidential information. We utilize software and servers that provide an encrypted secure shopping cart system that is state of the art. Any personal information that is collected from customers, is used solely by Anything Dogs in the processing of orders. It is not sold, traded or rented to others. This information is for our private records only.
